New Zealand were beaten by Pakistan with India losing to eventual winners England. New Zealand played some strong cricket during the World Cup but were well beaten by Pakistan in the semi-final. However, they have a very good record at home and they will be tough opponents for India in this game. India are without some of their most experienced players in this series but will still be able to put out a very talented side. They will be underdogs in the first game of the series but we expect them to be very competitive.
