Indian team struggling so much against Sri Lanka whatever reason maybe but Sri Lankan Squad coming back into the form after stopping Indian team at a low score of 132 on 5 wickets.

have you read this great news of the day India vs Sri Lanka, 2nd T20I: Krunal Pandya tests positive for Covid-19 ruled out of series, Indian contingents in-room quarantine.

from Indian Squad the captain Dhawan played steady play with 40 runs in 42 balls with help of 5 Boundaries of four and on the other side of the pitch wickets fallen continuously that was maybe the reason behind the low score although with the thrilling match Sri Lanka got a chance to show their batting lineup also.

as the SL team showed their capabilities with the ball, it remains for their batting depth and strategy to play against India with an offensive or defensive strategy.

but the most eye interest was in the first full inning of team India they were able to hit only Eight boundaries which are also the fewest hit by India in a T20I where they have batted all 20 overs. The previous lowest being 10 boundaries against SA in Trent Bridge in WT20 2009 that was also a thrilling match but It will be worth watching who will be the winner of Today’s T20I.

what Indian Captain had to say after the Toss in the match of Ind vs SL?

Captain of team India Shikhar Dhawan said after toss “We would have batted first, so I’m happy with it. There are four debutants. Lots of changes due to obvious reasons. We’re all looking forward to this.”

additionally, he said “We’re street-fighters and ready to face the challenges. Our main players aren’t here, but that gives the chance to the younger players. They have created great energy for the last 45 days, and I’m glad they have got their chances. These things can happen in the current scenario, that’s why we brought a large squad.”

but due to either super bowling of the Sri Lankan Team, they failed to build up a good score to wipe the hopes of the SL team which was surely very frustrating for them.

the captain of Sri Lankan Team Dasun Shanaka said to reporters after winning the toss “We’ll bowl first. It’s a used pitch. Was covered last night, so might have some help early. We have two changes.”

all in all their gamble just paid off by stopping opponent with easily chase able score on a normal pitch but here is the twist if IND had a great effort while playing steadily on this pitch to grow a score of 132 on the price of half of the team’s wicket then we highly doubt that Team Sri Lanka will hardly do any good as they have commented with good confidence but we hope a great match between former champions
