Netherlands are finally about to live their dream of being apart of the World Cup. They last played in the 2011 edition, the last time India hosted the tournament before failing to qualify for the next editions. They went past Zimbabwe, Scotland and West Indies though to make this spot and will be hoping to cause some upsets in the big event.
Pakistan come in with a record to set right. They were rather underwhelming in the last two editions. They were number one in ODI Cricket not long ago but will be looking for a lift from Shaheen Shah in the absence of Naseem Shah.
Date: October 6th, 2023
Time: 2:00 PM IST
Venue: Hyderabad
The weather looks pretty clear for the upcoming fixture.
The Hyderabad track tends to slow down as the game progresses. The boundaries are pretty decently sized as well. With the tracks nature known to slow down though batting first will be a better option.

Bas De Leede
Bas De Leede has all the makings of a quality all-rounder. He has been in great form for the Netherlands this year and was a key player for them in the qualifiers.
Shaheen Shah Afridi
With Naseem out Shaheen Shah‘s job as top-order destroyer becomes very important. New ball wickets has been his speciality in recent times and with his pace he is likely to play a role even on spinning tracks.
The Netherlands remains an inexperienced side and could challenge opponents at best. Pakistan though comes in as favorites as they look like really strong contenders in this tournament.
