RCB vs SRH: Another old rivalry is up ahead as Bangalore and Hyderabad get ready to battle it out. Both teams have been apart of some wonderful encounters in the past and are pretty decent when it comes to their head-to-head record.
SRH come into the game flying high after a lot has gone right for them in the past few games. They have won four in four, are bowling well and the middle order has also looked decent. Despite winning four in four though, the Sunrisers Hyderabad remain out of the top-four.
RCB has five wins and are on second while a win can help them get to first. Dinesh Karthik’s form has been a huge bonus for them along with Josh Hazlewood’s bowling while Virat Kohli’s form is slowly starting to look concerning.
Match: RCB vs SRH
Date: 23rd April 2022
Time: 7:30 PM IST
Venue: Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai
The evening is clear and warm for the RCB vs SRH game.
The Brabourne pitch is drying out a touch and getting a little slower. Batting first and defending is becoming more successful on the ground but with dew around chasing is still a safer bet.
Faf du Plessis (capt), Anuj Rawat, Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Shahbaz Ahmed, Josh Hazlewood, Wanindu Hasaranga, Suyash Prabhudessai, Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep
Abhishek Sharma, Kane Williamson (capt), Rahul Tripathi, Aiden Markram, Nicholas Pooran (wk), Shashank Singh, Shreyas Gopal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Marco Jansen, Umran Malik, T Natarajan
Both teams are likely to remain unchanged for the upcoming game.

Virat Kohli
Virat Kohli hasn’t found his touch this season and is struggling badly. He has been run-out on a couple of occasions and out early on numerous other occasions. With Dinesh Karthik going well and Faf Du Plessis scoring in the previous game, RCB are not missing Virat Kohli’s form, but as an individual, he will want to get moving soon.
Abhishek Sharma
Abhishek Sharma has started the season well and is finally getting a stable role at the top of the order. He is a swift starter but low scores in the last couple games might test him a bit. He is likely to get a long rope though and a good score is likely to come soon.
SRH has comeback strongly after an initial struggle but will find it tough to get past RCB. With a strong bowling attack and a batting line-up full of talented names, RCB are far ahead on paper.
Match Prediction: RCB will win the match.
