BPH vs TRT: Two sides with nice depth, a strong set of all-rounders and a group of big hitters are taking each other on in a good position. They are in the top three and while TRT has won all their games BPH are only with one loss. TRT will be without Joe Root, but they have Dawid Malan doing the anchor role well while Alex Hales does what he does best at the top. Overall, both teams come in with an interesting set of players who can create a lot of ruckus on their day.

Match: BPH vs TRT
Date: 15th August 2022
Time: 11:00 PM IST
Venue: Edgbaston, Birmingham
The Birmingham weather is clear with little chance of rain during the BPH vs TRT game.
The Edgbaston track is flat. With big square boundaries though, spinners are in the game, but batting second will be a better option.
Miles Hammond, Matthew Wade, Dan Mousley, Liam Livingstone, Moeen Ali, Tom Abell, Chris Woakes, Olly Stone, Imran Tahir, Jake Leach, Will Smeed
Alex Hales, Colin Munro, Dawid Malan, Joe Root, Ian Cockbain, Samit Patel, Tabraiz Shamsi, Luke Wood, Daniel Sams, Marchant De Lange, Luke Fletcher
98 with nine sixes is Dawid Malan‘s returns in the previous game. He is not known for his big hitting and is seen as a steady batter, who anchors the innings well. Malan though, has it in him to hit the big sixes and often uses them well to cause a sudden shift in strike-rate. This season he is doing that pretty well, striking a balance between attack and defense, which is allowing him to be pretty consistent.
With the batting failing to come off, the onus to win a game fell on the bowlers. The bowling unit responded pretty well, with Richardson leading the way. He marshalled the attack nicely, taking two wickets and controlling the run flow to help clinch a thriller. He has a wide range of varieties and is a handful in the death overs.

TRT are winless but may have a tough time against BPH. While BPH are inconsistent with the bat, they have a stronger bowling unit, which could help them win games even in the batting fails like it did a few games ago. With a slightly better performing bowling attack, BPH may fancy themselves in the upcoming game.
